Ordering information.
Ordering from us is easy, you can email us your order at LUnicorndesigns@aol.com, (with the subject header “order” or “books of shadows” ) or you can phone in your order to 605-375-3818 (this is also our home phone number as we work out of the home) We’re sorry but we no longer have an 800 number.
In stock.
Most of our items are in stock at all times, however there may be times when we are overwhelmed with orders and item will become out of stock, if this happens, one of two things will be done, your order will ship with the item on backorder, or we can hold your order and ship all at once. Please bear in mind that if a Book of Shadows is out of stock, waiting on one of them to be completed could take 3-4 days (most of this time is waiting for stain to dry), if an altar tile is out of stock, waiting on them to fullfill your order could take a week or longer as the drying time on hydrostone varies with ambient temperatures and humidity levels.
Payments.
We can accept payments by check or money order (check must clear before shipment is made) as well as major credit cards through Paypal via LUnicorndesigns@aol.com. We no longer have a seperate merchant account to take Credit Cards over the phone. We can no longer Ship COD. Net 30 accounts can be established once a minimum of 2 orders have been placed with us. Checks or Money Orders Must be Made Payable to Lost Unicorn Designs.
