Shipping.
Shipping orders are usually done USPS Parcel Post, However we have also discovered Speedy Delivery who has so far in the past, been cheaper than UPS and FED Ex for shipping to
some states. Speedee delivery DOES NOT cover every state. We can no longer Ship the Books of Shadows Via Book Rate by USPS as the US Postal Service says they are NOT Books. Shipping usually occurs the following day your order is placed. Shipping is included in the price you see in our catalog, what you pay for each item, includes Shipping and Handling. Shipping is usually done by least expensive way available, However, if you need your items faster than the usual turn around in shipping of approximately 7-10 days, we can ship your items Priority Mail or other ways to expedite the shipping. There will be an extra shipping charge is this is how you would prefer your products delivered.

Damaged Items.
If you receive a damaged box and suspect the items are damaged and we shipped the items via USPS, DO NOT OPEN THE CARTON and call us Immediately, the procedures for filing a Claim for damaged in transit items with the USPS are very Glorified and ridiculous and we want to walk you through them. If by some chance the items are shipped via UPS or FED Ex, at your request, please handle any damage claims through them apropriately.

Defective Items.
    If you receive a defective item, or an item you believe to be defective. Call us at your earliest convienence or send us an email (LUnicorndesigns@aol.com) and we will work with you on getting that defective item replaced. Please understand that all our Items are produced by hand and some variations will occur.

INVOICES will be included in each box, Unless Shipped other than our usual method where shipping charges are extra, in that case a packing slip will be included in the box and once shipping costs are determined, an invoice will be mailed.
